Personal data submitted through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless an ongoing business relationship requires extended retention. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.

Terms of Service

Article 1 — Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PixelCraftWorky, registered at 080352, Str. Negru Vodă nr. 117C, Giurgiu, Jud. Giurgiu, Romania ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Article 2 — Scope of Services
PixelCraftWorky provides digital design and interface systems services, including but not limited to: UI/UX interface architecture, responsive design mockups, interactive prototype systems, design system creation, mobile-first interface design, brand identity systems, conversion-focused landing pages, dashboard design, and Figma-to-code handoff services.
Article 3 — Project Engagement & Quoting
All projects begin with a detailed scope document and fixed-price quote. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Any modifications to the approved scope will be documented as a Change Order with adjusted pricing before work commences on additional requirements.
Article 4 — Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit is required before project commencement
- Remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and approval
- All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Article 5 — Delivery & Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in each service listing and project quote. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company will notify the client promptly of any anticipated delays and propose adjusted timelines where applicable.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work product are transferred to the client. This includes all design files, mockups, prototypes, component libraries, and associated documentation created specifically for the client's project. The Company retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 7 — Revision Policy
Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $75/hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted within 5 business days of each delivery milestone.
Article 8 — Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, required brand assets (logos, brand guidelines, content), and access to necessary platforms. Delays in client-provided materials may impact project timelines proportionally.
Article 9 — Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. PixelCraftWorky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of delivered design work.
Article 10 — Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.
Article 11 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Giurgiu, Romania.

Refund Policy

Article 1 — Refund Eligibility
PixelCraftWorky (registered at 080352, Str. Negru Vodă nr. 117C, Giurgiu, Jud. Giurgiu, Romania) is committed to delivering quality design services. Refunds are evaluated under the following conditions:
Article 2 — Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, the full deposit will be refunded within 14 business days. No administrative fees will be deducted for pre-commencement cancellations.
Article 3 — Cancellation During Project
If a project is cancelled after commencement:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally
- The deposit is non-refundable for work already performed
- All completed deliverables will be transferred to the client upon payment for work completed
- Any overpayment beyond completed work value will be refunded within 14 business days
Article 4 — Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
If you are dissatisfied with delivered work:
- Submit a detailed written request specifying areas of concern within 7 days of delivery
- We will review the request and respond within 3 business days
- We will offer up to two (2) additional revision rounds at no extra cost to address the specified concerns
- If dissatisfaction persists after revision rounds, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the scope of unresolved issues
Article 5 — Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party costs already incurred (stock licenses, font purchases, API fees)
- Work completed and approved at intermediate milestones
- Services rendered under a Change Order approved by the client
- Digital assets delivered and downloaded by the client
Article 6 — Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical infrastructure failures beyond our control), project timelines may be extended. If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure, a full refund of any prepaid amounts will be issued within 30 days.
Article 7 — Refund Process
To request a refund:

- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- A decision will be communicated within 10 business days of the initial request
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method
Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Giurgiu, Romania.
